Deeside Industrial Park East forms a part of the 2,000 acre Deeside industrial area, one of the North West’s most important business locations.

The 110 acre site in Zone 2 is one of the region’s most successful industrial locations attracting a wide variety of manufacturing and distribution companies involved in food production, areospace, pharmaceuticals, paper, packaging and engineering. The high quality of the local labour force is often regarded as one of the main reasons for the area’s success.

Having been acquired in 1994 by Universities Superannuation Scheme Limited, the Park has undergone an improvement programme including the extensive refurbishment of units and the introduction of quality landscaping and on-site signage all overseen by a full time Park Manager who is located on site.
